Hi there,

 

The working hours concerns working student as they are paid hourly. A working student raised a question that when he enters a sick day or vacation in his Personio calendar, the tracked hours reduce and show up under Time Off. It is fine to show up the absence in Time Off but it should not reduce the tracked hours as this sick leave or vacation is a paid day. 

 

Could you please let me know if there is something I should change in the calendar or it is set up by Personio this way?

I just saw this now and I’m not sure if you already found a solution in the meantime. 

Did you double check the settings of the absence type? Depending what you set up there it will deduct the hours for that absence.
