Can I set an expity date on documents in the document folder?
ie. an ISO document that needs to be renewed every 12 months is set to expire on a certain date and triggers a workflow there after (ie. a new signature request) or at least a notification.

thanks

Marc

Hey @bruchm

Unfortunately there is no expiry date that can be entered for Documents. We had another customer enter this suggestion into our Ideation Area for consideration and I would advise that you upvote this đꙂ

An alternative suggestion would be to set up a section and create date based attributes for which you can set up a reminder. This will then send a notification based on the set up of the reminder, to renew the document and send for signature once again.

If you require any further assistance with setting this up, please let me know.

Best,

Conor
