we currently do not have an approval process for tracked time (and do not plan to introduce it), but occasionally employees forget to track their time.
I was looking for a solution to send reminders after a specific period (e.g., after two days or every Friday) to ensure employees remember to track their time. However, to avoid bothering everyone—especially those who already track their time consistently—my question is:
Is it possible to send reminders only to employees who have forgotten to track their time, rather than sending them to everyone?
Best regards, Stefan

Hi @Stefan H.,
Currently, such an automatic reminder cannot be set, as the trigger points for custom workflows related to attendances only take effect when attendances are actually entered. For example, you could set up a workflow that triggers when too few hours have been entered. I would therefore ask you to submit this under give feedback.
Alternatively, you could look at the attendance period report at regular intervals. This would allow you to see at a glance which employees have not entered any attendances on certain days so that you can then approach these colleagues.
