Buenos días, en nuestra empresa los festivos no nacionales tenemos el servicio de guardia que realizan algunos compañeros; se retribuyen en nómina y se computan para la jornada anual de trabajo, no teniendo la consideración de horas extras. 

lo que hemos ideado para poder implantarlo en la herramienta ha sido, duplicar el calendario de festivos  sin incluir los festivos no nacionales, y asignarlos a la gente que realiza las guardias; crear una ausencia como “festivo” , el mismo tratamiento que vacaciones y los festivos que no tienen que hacer guardia le indicamos festivo por ausencia, de esta forma los empleado pueden registrar sus horas y le computan para jornada anual.

no sé si alguien está en la misma situación y ha optado por otra solución, gracias

Muchas gracias por tu aporte en nuestra comunidad internacional! La opción que indicas ha sido utilizada por otras empresas también para el mismo objetivo. A continuación te comento otra opción que podrías optar. 

Cuando el trabajador tenga que grabar las horas en festivo que las grabe (al principio constaran como extras) y que posteriormente se indique el día de descanso  (en este momento desaparecen las horas extras ya que se compensan con el día que grabemos la ausencia, esta ausencia se tiene que configurar de tal forma que no descuente en la jornada), eso si, hay que tener en cuenta que solo funcionará si el dia festivo y el día de compensación se disfrutan en el mismo mes.​ 

De todas formas, tu opinion es muy importante para nosotros, así que no dudes en enviar también sus sugerencias con respecto a nuestra herramienta en nuestra área de ideas dentro de la Comunidad Personio.
