🏅 A small change to recognition in Personio Voyager Academy

Dear Voyagers,

Starting 1 April 2026, we’re updating how learning achievements with Personio Voyager are recognized.

⚡️ What’s changing

When you successfully complete a quiz in the Voyager Academy:

• Currently, you are emailed a shareable digital badge and you are also awarded the corresponding badge in Voyager Community.
• Starting 1 April 2026, you will be emailed a shareable and printable Skills Certificate, and you will still be awarded the corresponding badge in Voyager Community.

Similar to the digital badges that are being phased out, Skills Certificates can be shared via a unique URL and added to your LinkedIn profile. 

Plus, you’ll now be able to download your certificate as a PDF! This file can be shared or printed to provide physical proof of your achievement. 

❓ Why we’re making this change 

Skills Certificates provide a clearer, more widely recognized way to document learning achievement and share it with your team and with your professional network. 

Also, all your learning activity – including Skills Certificates – will now be consolidated in your Voyager Academy profile.

🫵 What this means for you

• You can continue learning in Voyager Academy as usual—your courses, progress, and completions remain available.
• New successful quiz completions after 1 Apr 2026 will be recognized with Skills Certificates.
• Previously earned badges: Existing badges will remain visible via the links previously emailed to you and in your Accredible profile, but no new shareable badges will be issued.

📜 How certificates work 

Certificates are generated based on your qualifying learning activity (e.g. successfully complete quiz) and can be downloaded for your records.
