Hi,

I am new to using personio and an employee has said that when they are requesting leave for next year, it’s coming off this years allowance. 

 

How do we amend this so that the deduction isn’t taken off this years allowance?

Happy to see new people using Personio! 😃

The system shouldn’t take the days from the current entitlement, maybe what the employee saw is that in the overview of the Absence type, it appears as Upcoming absences but the Available balance should be the same. As I don’t have access to your account, maybe you can share some screenshots with the Absence type details and the Activity tab (as the examples below) so I can try to identify if there is any mistake there. In case I’m not able to see the cause of the issue, if any, I would suggest you to create a support request via Help.
