Conditional absence rules

Hi, we have a ‘duvet day’ as a business, as well as a day off for your birthday ‘birthday leave’ each of these are 1 day per year that doesn’t accrue or carryover. The policy for duvet day is that it has to be spontaneous leave, so an employee can only request it on the day, and the birthday leave must be taken in the week your birthday falls (the week either side if it falls on a weekend) what I want to know is, is there a way that we can add these conditions to the leave types to prevent staff from booking these in outside of these two instances?

Hi @ermguest,

Unfortunately we cannot add these as conditions, you do have the possibility to add “ Allow carryover: no” in case you make an Accrual policy.
