So, I’ve got a question. When requesting a e-signature you get to choose who is signing the document even if you wrote @@CEO@@. What happens when for example the CEO is on vacation or on sick leave and they can’t sign the document? Does Personio recognise the CEO’s position and request the e-Signature from the person who is in charge during the absence of the CEO?

Thank you in advance.

Hi @vanila,

I’m afraid if the CEO was chosen to sign a document and they cannot sign the document, Personio has no way to recognise who is the person in charge while the CEO is on leave so the signature request wouldn’t go to the new person and it’d stay on the CEO’s side. You would need to request the signature again and select the person in charge.

I hope this is clear! If you need further information, let me know! 😃
