Hi Community,
Is there a way to convert (approved) overtime into additional PTO without HR manually going into employee’s Attendance tab, go to Overtime & Deficit Hours > More details > Convert overtime to comp time. E.g. is there a way, as soon as the manager approves the hours for them to be credited automatically as PTO balance? (or any good workarounds?)

Unfortunately this is the only way, we don’t have a function that will automatically convert overtime hours to Absence just after it gets approved.
I’ve looked for similar ideas in our ideation area , but couldn’t find one yet.
