Help - public holidays are counted as workdays during vacation

Hi,

I just noticed that Personio counts public holidays as ordinary workdays during paid leave.

For example, a colleague is on vacation from August 12 to 16. August 15 is a public holiday in Austria. Technically, only 4 vacation days should be deducted for that period. However, Personio deducts 5.

Please help. In the working time models, there isn't an option for "including/excluding public holidays." I don't know how to modify the existing ones.

Many thanks! 🥹

Best regards from Vienna,

Marlene

@Marlene I had the same issue; you can unassign the accrual policy from all employees, change the days on which it’s valid (mon / fri excluding bank holidays). Then it should not count the public holiday as a working day.
