Hi,

 

An attributes : working schedule - Monday to Sunday ,40 hours deleted in Personio’s attendance function and it indirectly affected the annual vacation of every employees. I really need an immediate assistance before year end. Please assist.

What did you delete? The attribute weekly hours or the whole working schedule? 

Please be careful with the deletion of attendances and absences, it is closely tied together, for hourly salaries also with the salary. :) 

As it is quite difficult to pinpoint what exactly was deleted, and you need a solution before the end of the year, please contact the Personio support and ask for support, maybe it is best if you could choose the option with screen sharing. :) 

In general, I’d try to recreate the start situation: 

  • Weekly Hours: Correct the attribute value and the history > detail view and change the affective date with the blue pen.
  • Working Schedule: Check and correct it in the attendance view via the three dots and details so that it is valid during the right time. 

Your attendance schedule is probably connected with the absence calculation. (Standard setting, many have it like this.) In case you want to change this, you need to copy the working schedule and change this one setting.
