Personio will be gradually rolling out some improvements for absences tracked in days during 2023 so this new system will affect to all types of absences tracked in days. The new system will also generate some changes in the way absences are currently calculated, which may impact some of your employees' absence balance and will require some one-time adjustment from your side. There are two Helpcenter articles where you can find all the detailed information related to this migration and the actions that need to be taken:
