Indeed notifications from users any other than the administrator would be very helpful
same with the deletion of annual leaves - currently HR is not notified about deletion, in fact, HR is only notified about upcoming absences but there is no notification about approval

Other users solve this topic by adding the HR manager to the approval process for sick leave. This way, HR Managers see if the certification was uploaded, and receive also an approval request when an absence period is deleted.
