Problem with time tracking

Hello everyone, 

Employees cannot see their attendance calendar and track their times, even though I have followed all the steps in this article Create work schedules – Personio. Do you have any idea what I am missing?

Happy Monday 🤗

I would suggest to double check the Access rights. To do so please go to Settings > Employee Roles and open the Access Rights for the role "All Employees".
 
Now, choose "Attendance Data" and grant them Propose access for their Own data as shown in the screenshot:

If this does not solve the issue, I would suggest you to create a support request via Find Answers. This way the can check your account and see the reason behind this.
