When in fact, they should get all these options
Por otro lado los empleqados que tienen rol de supervisor tambien les pasa lo mismo.
Both all employees and supervisors have access rights to view and propose in all absences, so I don't know what could happen.
Has anyone had the same thing happen to them?

The most common reasons why employees are not able to see and request certain absences in their profiles, is because they don’t have proposal rights for them (Settings > People > Employee roles > Access rights > Absences), or because the Accrual policies in the settings of the Absence types have been activated, but employees have not been assigned with one:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to open, or see your screenshots to confirm the topic you mentioned is due to one of these reasons. Could you please confirm the settings mentioned have been configured in your account?
