Hi All,

 

I am trying to set up a new policy for a staff member who is working 21 hours over 4 days (rather than three). Is it possible to set up the AL entitlement in hours instead of days so it reflects more accurately.

Happy new year and welcome to the community !
To create an hour accrual policy, you first need to create an absence type that is in hour. 
I can see from your screenshot that the absence type you’re trying to give an accrual to is configured in days. 

Try to create a new absence type and then create an accrual policy. You will see that the new rule will be in hours.
