I have an employee who has asked to change their working pattern in the school holidays. This is for a total of 13 weeks spread over 6 different periods of time during the year. I do not want have to manually re-adjust the working pattern 6 times a year. Is there another way of setting up these changes for the whole year ahead of time to ensure the holiday absence booking is correct?

Hello!

Yes, you can schedule the changes on the correct dates for the year ahead, so you would only have to do this exercise once a year.

You would just need to schedule the change at the start of the holiday and then change it back on the date the holiday period.

I hope this helps!

Hi @Circus2012 ,

As @People Person mentioned, if you need to assign a different work schedule to one of your employees, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Employee profile > Attendance > Work schedule.
  2. Click Change schedule, and select the desired start date and the relevant work schedule from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Submit.

Currently, you can manually assign periodic work schedule changes, but unfortunately, it is not currently possible to schedule a recurring change (for example: working schedules need to be updated every year, twice per year, with an automatic rotation.)

📌 Create and assign work schedules

I hope this is helpful!
