Hi!

After adjusting the vacation entitlement manually, it still shows the old total although the “history of changes” does list the manual adjustment. How can this be corrected to reflect the actual total entitlement?

In this case, I would suggest you to contact my colleagues from the support team via Find Answers.  My colleagues will be able to log in into your account and check the settings together with you.
