Hi,

I changed one employee's working schedule from 100% to 80% per day on 6th August. He has access to his attendance sheet and tracks his working hours there every day. After adjusting his working schedule, I checked his overtime balance and found no items recorded for August, despite him tracking his working hours up until now. Could you please advise why this is happening and how to fix it?

In the new Work schedule is the Track overtime and deficit hours enabled? I assume that possibility this is not enabled therefore the system is not tracking overtime hours starting August.

Yes you are right, I forgot to enable the track overtime and deficit hours button. It is fixed now.
