Hi and welcome back Community,

We hope you all had a wonderful holiday season with your loved ones - we’re already looking at the next BIG event, which is the start of 2024! But before we get excited with all the new years celebrations, let's take a look back and celebrate the incredible moments we were able to share with you here in 2023!

Community Highlights of 2023 

💜 Our essence: Without you, the Community would not be what it is - a thriving place for anyone looking to exchange ideas and network with like-minded people. A place for all your questions, discussions and ideas about HR and Personio. In 2023, our Community has once again grown by quite a bit. In total, we welcomed an incredible new members! 

🫂 HR adventure: Some Community members followed us on this year's voyage to HUG. This year our HR adventure took us to 5 cities across Europe. Here you can find a review of the event.

🚀 Voyage, Voyage: In the summer, we introduced you to our new sub-brand, Voyage by Personio. We introduced our Voyager Academy and gave our Help Center and Community a fresh new look. 

🧠 HR Think Tank: Many lively discussions took place here in 2023! It was really inspiring to see the HR topics that were discussed here throughout the year and the dedication with which you took part in existing discussions. Keep contributing your knowledge and perspectives here in the HR Think Tank.

🌏 World tour: Another highlight is our End-of-Year Campaign, which runs until January 31, 2024. On our trip around the world, we visit 7 continents and focus on exciting HR discussions in the Community. For every comment received, we will donate €5 to Doctors Without Borders (you can find the current donation amount on our homepage).
