This year flew by, now it's already December and like every year we want to delight you again with an amazing campaign in the Community. On that note, let's finish the year together and celebrate the beginning of 2024.
🥁 We present our End-of-Year campaign
There are still some exciting days ahead of us before the year comes to an end! In the midst of the festive atmosphere around the holidays and the beginning of the new year, we would like to use this special time in the Community and embark on an exciting voyage. To celebrate the turn of the year, we're going to explore our 7 continents! 🌏
In a world this big, HR professionals work every day to attract new talent, manage HR departments and set the entire organisation up for success. This is exactly what brings us all together, so we embark on a global voyage to explore a total of 7 HR-Discussions.
For each continent, a new HR-Discussion will be presented in the Community on a specific date.
There is no ultimate solution - your collective knowledge as a Community is needed. Let's explore multiple approaches and master the HR discussions together!
🧠 How can I participate in the HR-Discussion?
The discussions for each continent is revealed in the individual posts. At the end, there will be a quiz question that you can answer in the comments. These are general questions and offer you the opportunity to share your knowledge and exchange ideas with each other.

💰 Share your HR knowledge, we donate!
This year, our End-of-Year campaign is another fundraising campaign. By sharing your knowledge, you are also participating in a good cause - a wonderful opportunity!
- For every comment you share in the HR-Discussions, we will donate €5 to the charity Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) i.e. Doctors Without Borders.
- All comments will be considered until January 7, 2024, 23:59 (CET).
🚨 New deadline - At the end of the fundraising campaign, we will announce the total amount here in the forum.
