There will be a few changes to our Community infrastructure over the next few weeks. 🥁
As a first step, you can look forward to a new category focusing primarily on opportunities to learn, share feedback and stay updated on the Personio product, separate from support questions in the Support Area.
📆 When does the change apply?
The new Community category will be available to you from July 1, 2024. Stay tuned for lots of inspiration, best practices for the Personio product and exchange with other users.
In the "Product Hub" you will find
This is where you get to shape Personio’s future! Here, you’ll find interviews, workshops, surveys and other ways to add to and/ or improve our product. You’ll also be talking directly to our Product Experts, so you can rest assured that all feedback will be considered. After all, what is Personio without its brilliant community of HR pros?! 
Product Spotlight
Our Product team is always tinkering and working on new features 
. In addition to the updates in the Help Centre, the Product Spotlight section is where you’ll find announcements and news about what the team is cooking up 
.
Oh, and two more bits of housekeeping before I forget:
- Previous PPUs
You recently received the news that the "Personio Product Update (PPU)" webinar will be discontinued. The webinar recordings (from 2024) will be available in the new Community area until September.
- Product updates
In the PPU post, it was also announced that the Product Update page of the Community will be discontinued. The most important new features from this year and future important updates can still be found in the Product Hub.

Last, but not least, this is where you get to do some showing off, people! 
Worked out how to use a feature more efficiently? Perhaps you’ve discovered a clever way speed up a daily task? Maybe you’ve used Personio to finally (gasp) figure out cold fusion?! 
Ok...maybe that’s a bit ambitious. Still, you can use this section to learn from your fellow community members and share your own best practice! I suppose we can forgive you for not quite sorting out cold fusion yet.
Integration showroom
This is where our integration partners introduce themselves one by one and open up the conversation about best practices. Are you already using one of the integrations? Share your experiences of using them in the comments. Have you found a new, interesting integration among the posts? Let the posts inspire you and find some initial tips in the comments.
