Changing working hours from specific date

Hello,

We have working students who would like to work 40 hours during the semester break, after the semester break is over they would resume working 20 hours. How do I set this up in Personio? It looks like setting up the change from a certain date is now hidden behind a paywall. Is that correct? Is there a workaround?

Thank you!

Oh it looks like it then. We’re working with the Pro plan. I guess you’ll have to set a reminder to change this on that date 🫠

Hi @stef.f

I would have suggested to create a separate work schedule for this and assign them for the respective periods. I’m not sure what you mean though with paywall?

Thanks @SabbuSchreiber we have a separate work schedule and have successfully set it up to begin at a later date. I’m wondering if anything else needs to be updated ie. salary? Its still showing up as 20/40 and I can’t change it manually to 40/40, with a future date. Does this change automatically when the new work schedule kicks in?

It actually should yes, but it’s tied to the weekly hours within the profile. I’m not sure anymore if this actually changes with the allocated work schedule. But if not, you can schedule the change of this as well and then the salary will adapt as well. 🙂

I tried doing that but this is what I mean with “its behind a paywall” 😑 We have the professional plan. Does that mean I need to wait until 21.07 to be able to update it?
