our company will soon use Personio, the question came up if we can also create fictitious persons & positions there.
It is about the fact that we want to create an organization chart. However, there are many external employees working for us, who should not be managed in Personio, but of course should be represented in the organization chart.
Is there already a solution for this 
?

You can of course create “skeleton” profiles for employees who should be viewed in the Org Chart, but who do not need to be managed from within Personio.
To do this, you need to create a new employee profile and at the very minimum register their first name, last name and employment type (internal or external). Afterwards, this is how your external employee would look like in the Chart. 
If you want for others to see their hierarchy within the company, then you would have to add their supervisor to their employee profile.
Also, check how your employee roles and access rights are currently set up. For example, if a certain group of workers are only allowed to see employees from their own office locations, then you might need to assign an office to the new profile.
