Hi community :)
I would like to set an automatic notification for me and another colleague whenever the date “Work permit valid until” on the employee profile is due (maybe some weeks after would be nice as well).
I tried with the Automations - Workflow, but unfortunately I was not able to set this specific field.
Does some of you set up something similar? :)

You can do this by going to Settings > Employee roles > relevant Employee Role > Reminders > Add role reminder:

Unfortunately, it seems that I don’t have the “Reminders” tab on the Employee Roles page (both for “All employees” and specific roles). Maybe I need to change something in the settings?

The Reminders for Employee roles are possible with the Add-on Automation Plus, in this article you will find more information: Overview of Personio subscriptions: plans, recruiting options and add-ons.
You have also to option to add personal reminders by going to the relevant profile > Personal settings > Reminders > Add a personal reminder:
