Difficulties with the E-Signature functionality

Many thanks for your response.

The signature capability in Personio does not meet the requirements of our legal team. Currently our legal team accept signature from Hello Sign and Adobe unfortunately the signatures in Personio do not represent / resemble signatures.

 -  From your legal teams perspective, what is our current framework not providing that is meeting your legal teams requirement? Are there any specific measures they have identified that you could provide additional detail on? 

 -  Are these requirements driven by any kind of country specific regulations? If so, what countries do you operate in? 

 - What documents would you like to use eSignature for in your company (Employment Contracts, Salary Agreements etc)

Hi Erika,

As an NGO we have to meet the audit requirements of donors, unfortunately the e-signature facility in personio does not meet these requirements.

The e-signatures is especially important on all company policies; annual renewal of policies; contracts of employment etc. The signature must be legible, unfortunately the way the e-signature is set up in personio it is not acceptable to our donors. 

The e-signature available in abode and hello sign is acceptable to donors.
