Hi,

when I create an attribute that is a multi-line textfield and then use that attribute in a document template, all line breaks from the data stored in that attribute are lost.

Is there a workaround for this? Could I insert code like <br> into the attribute or anything similar?

Thank you!

Hey @Friedrich

Unfortunately this is a limitation as text fields are currently only displayed as a single row. For this reason, you would need to manually enter this information prior to uploading the document to ensure the line breaks are visible. The <br> does not work, as I have just tested this out on my demo account to confirm.

Could I kindly ask you to submit this feedback to our Product Team via our Ideation Area so they are aware of this.

Best regards,

Conor
