Hi there,
I have changed employee data in Personio but the changes are not being taken. I use the edit then submit buttons, but the data I enter is not betting updated. We have a few new employees so I need this fixed urgently please. Thanks!

Dear @Linda,

I can imagine this might be due to your plan limiting the number of employees in your account (see post below). If your plan has been changed, and you are still not able to change the employee data, please let me know which data it is exactly (the attributes are enough, please don’t share any private data like names, addresses, etc.) and where exactly you are trying to change it (Employee list? Employee profile).
