Is there any possibility to link:
to the org chart or employee list? That everyone in the company can see the “affiliation” of individuals in the company. The only way I have found is custom tags and of course job titles.

Unfortunately at the moment, there is no way to link the job descriptions, responsibility or competence matrix to the org-chart, application/employee list on Personio. As mentioned you would need to make use of the current features such as job position title, tags etc to give more information about the employee and the skills they have.
If you think we can improve this feature, kindly provide your feedback to our Ideation Area to give visibility to the Product Team.
