I’d like to download the EN data upload template but the link is not working. Can you please provide a new link or send me the template? In can only download the German template but I’d like to use the English one.

I’m sorry you’ve been having trouble with downloading the template.
I tried it out myself and it worked perfectly - could you send me a screenshot of what you clicked?

I just found the issue!
The link marked with the red box appears to be broken, which is the one you shared.
The link on the right (green arrow) works perfectly.

Try again to visit the Help Center Article and downloading the template from the right sidebar.
