Hi - New to Personio and struggling to insert a candidate’s address into a template letter - does not seem to pick it up if I use {{address}}; can anyone help?
Insert Address into Document
Best answer by International Support Team
Hey
Welcome to the Personio Community, we are thrilled to see you here 🎊 🥳. I am happy to support you with your inquiry.
As this is not a system placeholder, I am guessing you created this as a custom attribute. In order for the system to recognise this, it must be spelled exactly as it is shown in Personio. So exact same upper case/lower case letters, otherwise it will not recognize it.
If you continue to have problems, kindly share the name of the attribute from Settings > Employee Information in a screenshot and I can guide further. Also to help on this, here is our guide on Create Document Templates – Placeholders.
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
Best,
Conor
