If I understand correctly currently if I want to import mass changes to numerous employee profiles, I can only do it effective immediately (e.g. if I do the upload on the 1st of August, the changes will be effective 1st of August)
is there a possibility to also make mass changes with a future date?

You can create an idea in our Ideation area and share your suggestions with other users and our Product Team.

Unfortunately, the import is not possible in this form.
Of course, you have the possibility to adjust the validity dates afterwards in the employee history, although I understand that this involves considerable effort.
