Missing the custom attribute in API response

Hello, 

 

I added a new Employee attribute “Region” in my employee data, however I am not able to retrieve it’s value when i call an API for the employee data.

Can you please advise if i am missing something?

Hi @CJDerasari,

Can you please check if you have added the newly created attribute in the API credentials? For that, you have to navigate to  Settings > API credentials > Click in the credentials you are using > Readable employee attributes and tick the box of the new Custom attribute from the dropdown list.
