Hi,

is is possible to move all documents for all employees at once from i.e category NDA to category Working contracts?

If we were saving documents under separate category NDA and now we would like to delete this category, is there a way not to do it to every employee separately?

Thank you very much for sharing this question with the community.

I am afraid on the moment, there is no simple way to reassign your employees’ documents to another document category at once. The easiest way to achieve this, is by undertaking the change manually in each employee profile, as you mentioned. To do this, you can click on the little pencil by the document and change the document category:

Employee profile > Documents
Employee profile > Documents > Edit document

Please be aware that the Document categories that have a lock symbol cannot be renamed or erased, since they are connected to other functionalities within your account.

I can understand that this process to undertake this task is time-consuming and would like to encourage you to post this suggestion of improvement in our ideation area. This way, other users will be able to vote for it, and the suggestion will be shared with our product team.
