You can do this by first creating the survey with the Surveys module. You can then embed the link to your survey in an Onboarding email step in Personio, by following these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Automations > On-/Offboarding > Onboarding Steps.
2. Enter the name of your step where it says "New step…".
3. Select Email action from the Type dropdown menu.
4. Write the body of your email.
5. Include the survey link in the Email template section.
6. Under Item type, select Text information from the dropdown menu.
7. Click Create.
8. Enter the URL and accompanying instructions for the survey.
9. Click Save changes.

Thanks for your answer. 
It would have been great to have the possibility to have an embedded survey directly in the onboarding module. 

This is a great workaround but does not provide a good user experience, as it’s not happening in the Personio platform.

I completely understand why an embedded option would be useful, and I would like to encourage you to post this suggestion of improvement in our Ideation Area. This way, other users will be able to vote for it, and the suggestion will be shared with our Product Team.
