Hi,
We’re currently updating some of our processes to make use of the documents signing function within Personio.
I can’t currently see any way of sending a bulk of letters (that have been created in Personio) for signature before sharing with the employee. I can tick the box to share with the employee, but this seems to be shared ahead of the signature being completed, slightly backwards in my opinion.
Has anyone found a way to be able to do this?

as far as I know it’s not possible to upload/create a document without it being available to employees directly. Even when waiting on signatures.
The only option would be to create a new document category and only make it available to i.e. supervisors or managers so they can sign it without the employee having access to them yet. Through the Documents tab in the menu you can actually bulk-move documents to an other category but then the employee wouldn’t automatically get notified.

Feels like there should be the option to request a signature ahead of sharing. Will get something added to the feedback section and keep my fingers crossed!
