Hi all,
I have added a reminder for a 5-year work anniversary according to the instructions in the help center. 1826 days = 5*365+1 days. Right now I am doubting if this reminder comes in time to actually be able to arrange the gifts for the work anniversary. Should I just lower the number of days with for example 21 days to be able to receive it three weeks in advance? And if I do this, would the reminder clearly mention the hire date?

You can easily set up Reminders for important anniversaries, which will conveniently appear in your Personio Inbox and can also be sent to your email. This can be done using the same Reminders function available within the roles.

Additionally, for your particular case, I would agreed with you in terms of setting it up a bit earlier so you can have enough time to arrange whatever is needed for the big day 
The Reminder will contain the Hire date information
