Hi there, I have created a document template in personio and then requested two signatures. One was signed but for the other one the signee did not receive a notification. Now it has expired and I tried to request the signature again but I received the error: Request failed with status code 404

Could you please help

Hi @Judth Ritman,

Unfortunately when the signature request is expired you will have to create a new document and send back again to both parties.
Also we get this error message (status code 404) when the document doesn’t exist anymore in Settings > Documents.

Regarding your question on one of the employees not receiving the request, could you please ask the relevant employees to discard if it was not in the spam folder.

Here you will find more Create a Document Template with Signature Placeholders.

Best,
