I felt that as a new community member, I would start by sharing some latest poll results.
As people move into December - holiday leave becomes a topic but for the now and as a potential area to improve the EVP.
So here are the findings from a week-long poll within the UK+IRE.

Percentile ranges based on Total A/L days (inc. Public Holidays):
28 Days: up to the 14th percentile
29-33: between 15th-70th percentile
34-36: between 71st-89th percentile
37+: upwards from the 90th percentile
