5,10,15 work anniversary reminders

Hi all, 

I was wondering how to enter the reminders for work anniversaries correctly so that the leap years are taken into account correctly? (leap day in February)

 

Do you have any advice?

At our company we created a separate anniversary attribute where we just enter the date of the next anniversary:

And then created a workflow for a reminder whenever the next anniversary is coming up linked to that attribute.

Maybe this might be something that works for you too?
