Hi!

 

It looks like the API doesn’t support returning when an employee is on leave. For example if an employee goes on leave and has 0 salary for that period, the API will only return the employment from before they went on leave with the salary they had before as well. Is this expected? If so could you submit a ticket to address this in the future with the API?

By the sounds of it the API is pulling from the salary tab, this would not take into account any leave periods and you would need to process the deduction to salary in the salary tab in order for the API to work the way you want it to.

In this case, I would suggest you create a support request via Help & FeedbackHelp & Feedback > Browse for help > Contact us
