Hi,
I have been trying to assign an onboarding workflow to a new employee in onboarding phase but there seems to be a bug where the tab doesn’t open and kicks me out to their Personal Information tab.
In the Personio Status website it says there All systems are operational but it doesn’t look like so. Could someone please confirm if this will be fixed ASAP? TIA!

Welcome to the Personio Community 😀
This is a common error that happens when you do not have the attribute ‘hire date’ entered for the employee. The reason this kicks you out is because the Onboarding tab is dependent on this attribute and therefore this needs to be entered.
Once you have entered the hire date for the employee, you should have no issues accessing the Onboarding tab.
