Hi there,

I am attempting to configure the Atlassian Directory Sync integration [marketplace.personio.com/integrations/atlassian]. Our goal is to deprovision users in the Atlassian Cloud who have been disabled in Personio, as well as to update user profile information periodically. We are using Atlassian Guard with centralized user management.

Establishing a connection between the two parties is successful. I can verify from the Audit Logs in the Atlassian Cloud that the integration is actively viewing account profiles. However, neither are disabled accounts deprovisioned nor is any updating performed.

The Atlassian API key in use is an Organizational key without scopes since using a key with scopes would not allow a connection in the first place. I do not believe there are any settings that could prevent an Organizational Admin API key from performing user deprovisioning, so I am wondering if there have been any recent changes to the Atlassian API that the integration is using that could potentially prevent it from functioning properly. Am I missing something?
