Choosing departments for Workflow Reminders

Hi!

I want to set a workflow with the reminders and select as recipients specific departments/teams. However, I can only choose employee roles as groups.
How can I change the setting to departments/teams? Or is choosing employee roles as groups the only possible option?

Recipients for Roles reminders are indeed linked to specific Employee roles

If you would like to have the option to select employees based on specific Attributes as Teams or Departments, I would encourage you to send this idea/feedback/suggestion through the new ‘Give feedback’ feature directly in your Personio account. Submissions will be forwarded directly to the relevant product teams. You can find more information in this community post.

If there is an update in this area, you will be informed through our Personio Product Updates or via an in-app notification.

Also, if this is applicable, you can use custom Workflows:

Create workflows
