thank you for your reply. Using the XML has already worked so far, but was not enough for me. I would like to integrate the application form into Wordpress, or create it as a separate page, but unfortunately that doesn't work so well. I have a problem with the UUID of the uploaded file. 
I can create a form with CF7 2any API and Contactform7, which works, but does not allow file upload. The file has to be uploaded first to get the UUID. Hopefully there will be a solution for this, right?

I can confirm that this is currently how our Recruiting API works, however, I can understand why changing this would be useful, and I would like to encourage you to post this suggestion of improvement in our Ideation Area. I have just seen this question. We have a WordPress plugin that also offers the connection of application forms to the Personio API (also with CF7 or WPForms, or with an individual form handler developed just for Personio).
