Hi,

i have a question regarding the cronofy extension and the sync with Outlook calenders.

Recently the synchronization between Personio and Outlook has stopped working, even tho we have followed all the necessary stept to ensure everything is connected properly.
After consulting our IT Service provider they have not been able to identify a problem on their end.

Is there an already existing issue that is known regarding this?

I just came across this post and have seen that it is unanswered. I assume that your issues do no longer occur? But just in case: We now offer an own calendar integration for the sync of absences, without Cronofy:
