Hello, I managed to setup EntraID with Personio so I get new onboardings outomatically from HR without doing anything. Good achievement from IT point of view.
Assigining licenses automatically is out of bounds of this community, but perhaps you can help me in regards of what to do to have users deleted or suspended automatically once they are non-active in Personio.

Employee profiles with an Inactive status will not be transferred to Azure.
Only the ones what have the status: Active, Onboarding or leave.

Thank you I already knew that.
What I ask is if when in personio a user is inactive, the integration will mark it as suspended or delete it completely from Azure.
I read that the integration can privision, update and DEPROVISION so that is what I would expect.
But maybe, there are other conditions that must be met to deprovision?

When you setup an employee as inactive, it will not be deleted from Azure, but it will be disabled.
The only condition to deprovision is to setup the employee as Termination employment within Personio (this will trigger the inactive status), unfortunately there is no other condition.
