Google Calendar integration - new employees

Hi,

how can we get Google Calendar integration working for new employees? One of our new employees told he tried to put integration on and received message about needing upgraded plan? Integration seems to be active for everyone.

Thank you very much for your question!

If the Calendar Integration is set up in your account under Settings > Work Hours and Absences > Calendars > Calendar Integration, all of your employees should see each other absences and interviews scheduled for them, regardless if they are new in your account. If your employees otherwise export the Absence Timeline through an iCal link (Calendars > Absence Timeline > Export), your Calendar integration might not be active for everyone. 

Could you please share with me more information about how your employee is trying to integrate their Google Calendar with their Personio account? This way, I will be able to support you further with the topic.

thanks. We got this working, there was a misunderstanding about the integration with our employee. All good now, thanks for your response!
