Hi all,

 

I’ve successfully set up SSO integration between Personio and Okta. However, when users request the Personio app via Okta, they’re redirected to the SSO login page and asked to select the login method manually, instead of being signed in directly.

 

This issue started recently, right after our token credentials were renewed. We hadn’t faced it before.

As this is most likely an issue that only affects your account, I would suggest you create a support request via Help & Feedback Help & Feedback > Browse for help > Contact us so that we can have a closer look.

As I am not having admin permission on the platform it keeps asking me to contact your HR or ask the question to the community. so I do not have that option available. 


 


As the screenshot shows above I can not submit a support ticket as I have admin permissions only not owner permissions. any suggestions?

only Account Owners can contact our Support team. As an Admin you can define who is an account owner via settings > support > support > account owner. Please reach out to the account owner of your Personio account in order to submit a ticket, otherwise you would need to register yourself first as account owner. The article how can I contact Personio describes the further steps. :)

Hi Steffi

I am a system admin, therefore I can not have owner permission to our HR system. we can not ask HR team to handle issue like this which belongs to IT Team. 

 

Any thoughts?

you could ask your HR team (an account owner) just to submit your request. The account owner can write in the request that we should copy you on a reply so that we can be in contact with you and help you with the issue. :)
