Hi,
we have activated the outlook calendar integration and have embeded the Personio link into our employees Outlook calendar.
It seems that each employee needs to copy the link and include in his outlook. Is it possible for the Admins to reset such links in case an employee leaves the company?
Else they might be able to still see absences in their private outook once they have left.

With Personio, you can export a range of calendar data into popular calendar apps via an iCal link. The calendar exported via iCal link will update automatically so, from the moment the employee is on status Inactive in Personio, their iCal stops updating. This means the leaving employee will still see the latest synced state, but not any future calendar updates.
